WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Video Process

1. Pre-Wedding

This is when we get to know you! We’ll talk about your vision, send over a questionnaire, and chat about the look, feel, and style of your upcoming wedding. Two months before your wedding, we will build your timeline and schedule a meeting with your team for a meet-and-greet.

2. Wedding Capture

Our team will arrive early, set up all equipment, and introduce themselves to you and your family. We will follow your timeline and bring the energy for a fun, memorable day. We are more than a vendor—we are an extension of your family and are always here to lend a hand. We will be with you from the beginning to the final dances.

3. Post-Wedding

Depending on your package, our team will start building your memories from the start of the day to the end. For video, we typically turn around within 1 to 3 months depending on the videos you purchased. Every wedding is custom-edited in-house to match the style of each couple.

Wedding Trailers

Remember your special day with a memorable wedding trailer. This 2 to 3-minute video focuses on the bride and groom, telling your love story through our lens. We highlight the most important moments of your wedding day, starting with bridal and groom prep and ending with your reception.

This is our most popular deliverable.

EXAMPLE WEDDING TRAILER:

Wedding Highlights

Want a video that’s longer than our trailers but shorter than our films? Our wedding highlights is a 5 to 6-minute video that focuses on the bride and groom, key family members, and friends. We meld the memories of your day and incorporate snippets of audio from your vows and speeches to guide your story.

EXAMPLE WEDDING HIGHLIGHT:

Wedding Films

Capture everything in a 7 to 10-minute video. With a focus on the bride, groom, bridal party, parents, grandparents, and key guests, our wedding film gets it all. This is our most complete cinematic perspective of your special day. We incorporate the full audio of your vows, snippets of the speeches, and more to propel your story. Relax with family and friends and enjoy the show.

EXAMPLE WEDDING FILM:

Secret Proposals

Imagine capturing that special moment when your loved one says “Yes!”. We’ll be there to capture your entire proposal from the time you arrive to the moment you get down on one knee, all the way ‘till you seal the deal with a kiss. Once your proposal is complete, we’ll reveal ourselves to capture the rest of your special moments. When we’re finished editing, you’ll receive a one-minute video within 24 hours of your engagement.

EXAMPLE SECRET PROPOSAL:

Live Stream Captures

Invite guests who can’t physically attend your wedding with live stream coverage. We provide live-streaming coverage of your ceremony, first dances, and speeches. Our streaming platforms include Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook.

We put together the list of add-ons and their definitions below to help you understand the main differences between each video.

Video of Speeches

Imagine forever being able to listen to the words of your most important people delivering their speeches on your wedding day. Different from the speeches in the highlight, these are the extended versions in their entirety. The video of the speeches is pieced together with professionally recorded audio to take you back to your special moment.

Video of First Dances

This video will continuously cut in between multiple camera angles and is edited to the real song you are dancing to. This means the movements are authentic to the moment. This includes the three main formal dances: bride and groom, mother and son, father and daughter. Have a special dance request? Just ask!

Fully Edited Ceremony

The full edited ceremony takes you back to the moment you said “I do.” Pieced together seamlessly, the camera angles are synced together along with the audio from the ceremony creating a movie-like feeling of you exchanging vows. This video is the same length as your ceremony.

Aerial Drone Coverage

The aerial drone gives a whole new perspective to your wedding day. It showcases the exposition and provides a bird’s eye view of where you got married. These shots build the story of your love and set the tone for the video. This is a very popular add-on.

Raw Footage on Hard Drive (Video Only)

After the wedding is over and the videos are complete, we will send you all of the raw footage from the entire day. These clips are very special because they are unedited raw moments of the day. This ensures that you can relive every moment without missing out on any audio or video. Send us a hard drive and we will load it up for you!
